What must I do to be able to live and work there with this stay permit. I need an answer from anyone with this knowledge..thanks

No, you can only live & work in Italy. Your Stay permit doesn't allow u to work in any other country of EU but Italy, u can only move around in Schengen countries for the purpose of visit.
