Naturalization in Belgium - How does it work?
Could anybody who comes from a non-EU country to Belgium in relatively short time ago (3-4 yrs) to work, succeed to get Belgian citizenship with naturalization? Or maybe you know somebody who could. Can you please share your experience and let me know of the steps you have taken?

Depending where you are from , check the Belgian Embassy in your Country . They can give you the right answers .

The steps you have to take is when you arrive here you go to the VDAB and do their free work. Or when your a woman get pregnant, that's the newest fashion here of the immigrants. As those systems are work for most here why not for you?

just want to all details about it. Can we work when we waiting for the answer and which country is better!!! there are many people told me that in spain we can work when we seek political asylum. Is that true?

Political asylum must be declared to the government that could provide protection after determining the threat of political harassment at the country of origin. Thus, when someone seeks political asylum, the government will took custody of him and has the discretion to allow or not said person to work.

What are the rules for working in Belgium?
I am an American/EU citizen working for an American company in Belgium. What are the rules regarding length of employment, for example, permitted length of time here? I only have a Limosa declaration but no work visa which I assume I do not need as an EU citizen. I had heard that there was a 3-6 month limit imposed by the IRS after which double taxation would occur. I had also heard that the Belgian government limits other EU countries to 3 months prior to needing to set up some sort of residency. Regards

There are a few things I'm missing in order to help you. The length of your stay in Belgium, & wether or not you can have a perminent (or long-term) resident card, depends on which nationality you have. Citizens of a country that signed the Shengen agreement, can move/work/stay in another country that signed the agreement just by declairing they're moving there. If you're a citizen of a EU-15 country that didn't sign it: you'll have to check with the belgium embassy there, what the requirements are. If you're a member of a country that recently was added, you can only work in Belgium if you already have an employer who asks your work permit for you. Your request for residence also depends on it. The other thing is that you need to check with the regional employment office what you should do to keep stay tuned with the rules for brussels: www.actiris.be for flanders: www.vdab.Be (in dutch) you can call if in belgium: (0032) 08003070 for wallonia: www.forem.be The IRS thing isn't true. Belgian IRS has trouble to check belgian declarations, so don't worry about them, we don't. i like to work to belgium but
i like to work to belgium but...?
i like to work to belgium.. but i dont know how can i mannage the standad of living there.. im in Dubai, im earning 1000 $ per month free tax, free house, water and electricity. except food.. i am a marine technicians i work for ship electrical, got a 10 yrs of expernce. i dnt knw if i can get a job in belgium.. can any body help me how much can i earn in this kind of job to belgium? and can i get the job fast there.? i am an asian person and i want to step to some other places and meet another kind of envirorment and share what i knw.. pls.. help.. thanks...

Will be difficult, the European market is closed for foreign workers, except for special cases (specialist work, working for a foreign company,...) but even then mostly for a fixed period... Maybe you can search on the internet for Belgium companies working in this business. We have some world famous dredging companies, but then you will work somewhere around the world, like in Dubai ;-) You will earn more (I think something around 1500 euro netto a month - we have high taxes so there's a big difference between Brut and netto salary ! ) without much extras. Renting a house or apartment depends on which area, but think about at least 300-400 euro for a one-room studio...
