How come liberal attitudes don't work?
In countries like France, Belgium and The Netherlands there are very liberal attitudes to sex such as condoms given out to teenagers, sex education from early age, public sex/nudity legal etc. These countries have a very low % of teenage pregnancies. But home come when these liberal ideas came to the USA and the UK the teenage pregnancy rate went up?

These liberal ideas haven't come to the US. Since Bush has been in office he pushed for abstinence education. My friend was fired for even mentioning what a condom is, when he was helping teach "sex ed." We are not nearly as liberal as those countries are. We have plenty of misconstrued sexual appeal and images in our media, but we are unfortunately conservative in our true sex education to kids. Therefore, pregnancy rates have gone up.

I wonder the same thing. Well I live in the US but I feel that they shouldn't just teach abstinence to children because apparently it doesn't work. It seems to me that people are afraid to tell their kids about sex, maybe they feel if they teach them about safe sex their saying it's okay to have sex ( which isn't true ). I'm pregnant with my first child and I know I'm going to tell my child all about sex, std's and birth control. I want my child to get the right information and from the right person not from a friend who is the same age.

well France, the Netherlands and Belgium, along with some other country's in Europe, primarily the European Union, and some smaller country's in South America..Face Declining populations, due to more so liberal ideas..This isn't always bad, but a declining population is bad in many aspects..Women are wanting more jobs, and to pursue a career, as it is France, is very dense, so not many family'sare having lots of kids, Most people live in Apartments, and in the city, were its more crowded, and..Abortion is aloud whenever basically so you see many people getting abortions and a little less birth rates....THis leads to a declining population.. Not Only that but lets see, as opposed to military expansion as Some EU country's are this provides reassurance that they will not become a superpower.. the European Union, Will Never Become a superpower, because they have a principled aversion to war, that stems from their belief, that It is politically irrational, morally, unacceptable element, of statecraft, and should only be used, to stave off an invasion.. From a study i read, of th 71% of Europeans in the EU, that supported the EU, becoming a superpower, only 36% said they would support this if it meant, increasing military budgets..Nobody can hold power, if they do not at least posse the ability to make a credible threat of deterrence by having their resources,more useful, than military, force, eventually you come to a place where someone challenges you with force back, and if you are not able to adequately meet that challenge with force back, than you are doomed, indeed all empires fall because they could not adequately meet force back..or because of rapid expansion and inflation or A civil war.. So Liberal ideas, do not always account for the best know do they, of course it all depends on how you want your lifestyle, world, country or were you inhabit to be,,in this case the voters of france, do not want to become a superpower, nor do they want to become more capitalist, like the US economy... AND its funny because while many Europeans resent americas, Presence in their region, their government continue to request, americas Presence to offer more deals, and some smaller european country's such as Lithuania want more protection from old Russia, which may in the future want another USSR, by the way i am not a nerd, i love to F#cking get drunk and Screw girls i just happen to no allot about world affairs i do feel However, We need to become more liberal in some few aspects like The WAR ON DRUGS IS A FAILURE and Topless Sun Bathing should be allowed its A free choice, which dose not affect anyone or even a small child like abortion does in some other ways.. also Sex Education is good and they already bascially teach sex Education in Health Class, which is a requirment for High School, at least it is in my city... and People will have sex if they want, education or not they will..some argue giving education will teach them how good it feels and make them more curious, that it does, so many more kids might be having sex, but having sex, safely as compared to not Knowing and getting Std's and Pregnancies, I assure though probally more teenagers have sex in France or the Netherlands than the United States or many asian countrys and middle eastern countrys..Because America and many parts of eastern europe and middle east, are more reliogous and teach Like all religons sex Before marriage is a big sin... the only thing is more people in the netherlands and such are more educated but i bet their rate for teens having sex are much higher, with more knowledge they dont get stds and preganices as much, which is good..but to extremley religous people who do not want teens having sex, its best, to have poor education and to be scarred from sex, because you see some of your peers, have unwanted pregnanices and std's this works in the sense that is scarres many kids off from sex.. as compared to a more liberal country such as france, or the netherlands..

Sounds good to me. I think you should give it a try. Just don't over fill the waffle iron. I think the 2 perfect "fillings" would be ice cream and Nutella Either together or separately. Fresh fruit would also be good. This time of year you could use a spice cake mix and apple filling or a pumpkin filling. Pumpkin Butter or Apple Butter would taste great.

Hmm, interesting I had never thought of that. Give it a try, but I would use one of the inexpensive Jiffy cake mixes to begin with and then, if it works, the combinations would be endless. Be sure to make sure to spray non stick spray on the iron though.

there's no need to change your religion migrating to Europe!! apply for a working permit first, Before going there. it would help if you already had a job offer there (may throu relatives) i'm sure they have plenty of information on the Belgian government websites good luck!!

There are many Muslims in Belgium. However finding work would be very difficult , especially at the moment when there are so many unemployed people. You would have to apply from your country and be sponsored by a Belgian employer who would have to justify employing you because you have special skills which people already in Belgium cannot offer. In your case it might be justified as an opening to enable the firm to trade with Iran, but finding such a firm is not very likely at the moment. PS. If you did find a firm wishing to export to Iran (perhaps with the help of your relatives who live in Brussels), your logistic and commercial experience and your knowledge of Iranian customs and language might allow you to get a permit B. Work Permit B: Work Permit B requires employer sponsorship and the sponsoring employer must file the application. Work Permit B is valid only for employment with the sponsoring employer in the job indicated in the application and is valid for 12 months with annual renewals possible. Changing religion has nothing to do with legal immigration. It's all about seeking asylum in western or more developed states. Frankly speaking your specifications are not meeting the requirements of a legal work permit. The only thing that remains is... Sorry I am not giving you illegal advices, however you know what I mean if u are wise! I wish u luck baby! :-)

I live in Belgium and also only speak English. I was offered a job in brussels but I was concerned because I don't know dutch at all and am studying french (I live in Wallonia). The contact at the company assured me it wasn't an issue as they only speak english there.
