Where does triband work need to know soon?

All phones that work in England also work in Belgium. But whether you can use it depends on your contract. some phone companies block the ability to phone abroad until you ask them to open it up, and some do not allow it unless and until you pay extra. So phone your provider (Vodafone?) or walk in at one of their shops and ask whether you with your contract can use it abroad. If you are on prepaid, you will have to be extra careful, often you can top up credit from abroad, but only when you have taken top-up vouchers with you. And with prepaid it is even more likely that using the phone abroad is not open. PS, If you use it, remember to switch off your internet. That may cost you something like a pound a minute when abroad and can cost you more than your whole trip if you leave it on.

I would i also like to know how a UK person can attain citizenship in european countries ? Is it easy ? What requirements would you need to achieve this ? Once when i was in Belgium i bumped into an English couple and asked them how they came to be living there they said it was very easy to live and work is this true?

As a UK citizen you may live anywhere in Europe without prior authorization. Once you have decided where you want to go ? You just go.
