Your Italian "Permesso di Soggiorno" only grants the stay in Italy and the tourist travel to other Schengen countries to include Belgium for up to 90 days within every six months period. No, you can only live & work in Italy. Your Stay permit doesn't allow u to work in any other country of EU but Italy, u can only move around in Schengen countries for the purpose of visit.

yes, they're all made in Asia if I'm not mistaken. You just need a continental plug add-on

If it's the newer TV set...yes it will work DVB-T is a standard used on all new HD TV sets. It's the old PAL TV sets where you get a picture but you can't tune in sound when you move from country to country...
