How do you deal with difficult/overprotective parents?
I am a big girl and i have decided to move to London(i live in Belgium) to work!!! but my parents are acting so over protective and they don't want me to go!!! i have my reasons but they just don't wanna hear them... i can't control my emotions when i don't understand their logic!!! I'm hoping that the reason why your parents don't want you to move to London is because they love you and that will take their beloved daughter a long ways away. No, I don't expect you to understand the reasoning, because you are not a parent. I have found that the older that I get the more I wish I could have my children around me. No, I don't want them to live in my home with me, but I want them within couple hundred miles of my place so that we can visit often.

do announcements over the radio or TV.. they make miracles there.. but do this only after you've tried the other suggestion: contacting the embassy, and if it's really important..

like this 56 avenue 4 belgium 5673820 it doesnt work when i press enter... can it be done??? when i copy and paste from other source its done automatically

you can have this result by doing a right-click on the cell, choose format cell, click alignment and check wrap text. just be sure that the width of the column will be enoudh to make the country and the numbers after it to go down. This is just a temporary solution.

Try Alt+Enter, plus format the cell for wrapping.

Going away for work? Burden or Pleasure
Going away for work? Burden or Pleasure?
I have got to go to belgium next week for a work conference. Some people think it's glamorous for work to pay for trips away. I will enjoy it when I get there I am sure but I actually feel it's kinda lonely as I won't know anyone, I am in another country in a hotel room and know I sound like a saddo but I'll miss my hubby like crazy. Ah ark at me - lol would any of you like to do traveling with your company?

Travelling with the company would be nice in some ways. But again, you would be alone or possibly with a coworker. Seeing places alone isn't as fun as seeing it with someone you care about but being able to see them is better than not seeing them at all.

I think it would be fun. Absence makes the heart grow founder.

if the money is good n u enjoy ur work then see it this way... going for a paid holiday plus u are getting to see a new place. it can get lonely yes, but its an experience :)
