What's the best way to find summer hotel work in the South of France?
I want to work along the Cote d'Azur during the summer preferably in hotel receptionist work and definately not in bar work. I speak French and English but would prefer to speak more French than English. Does anyone know any websites etc. where receptionists are recruited for summer work. Please don't suggest that I go around to hotels with my CV etc. as I live in Belgium so it's too far for face-to-face interviews. Thanks for all your answers.

there might be many global hotels in south france such as hyatt, hilton etc. find their address online and why don't you post your resume?

Google the names of French newspapers and look in their classified/jobs section. They are always looking for people to work in hotels. Bonne chance!!

Would my european iphone work in the States
Would my european iphone work in the States?
I've purchased an iphone in Belgium and I was wondering if when I go to the States for work or vacation it will work, at least over wifi.

it will...just be prepared to pay for crazy international service usage fees....i suggest u adding the international program to ur phone, and then cancel it when you return to ur home nation

i know when i wanted to buy an iPhone for myself from the states (i live in australia) i was being told it wouldnt work due to gsm or something like that. not sure if its the same over there. my best advice would be to ring up your service provider and ask them. they should know best.

Which is your citizenship? If you have an european citizenship you are allowed to look for a job in Europe. If you are extra EU, and you hold an italian work permit, you can work only in Italy!

If you get a job offer in Belgium or Germany, you will have to apply for a work visa from either Belgium or Germany. An Italian work visa only gives you the right to work in Italy. Only EEA nationals have free movement to live and work in any other EEA country.
