Which is your citizenship? If you have an european citizenship you are allowed to look for a job in Europe. If you are extra EU, and you hold an italian work permit, you can work only in Italy!

If you get a job offer in Belgium or Germany, you will have to apply for a work visa from either Belgium or Germany. An Italian work visa only gives you the right to work in Italy. Only EEA nationals have free movement to live and work in any other EEA country.
