The father will give the mother the following options A,B,C and will expet what ever the mother wants?
What should a mother do when she got pregnant and the father offers her the following choices? This is how the system works in Belgium. Most man will give the mother choices A,B,C. In American women will make a man pay court order child support for the next 18 years. A: Father will see his daughter every weekend, and she will get not child support. (mother should give the father this at least). B: Give the father 50/50 custody and get no child support. C: Give the father the primary care giver and mother does not pay father child support, but gets to see her every day. D: If the father says that he does not want any thing to do with the child, the mother does not get child support. This is legal in Belgium, because the government will put the mother on welfare and tax payers will pay for medical insurance, put a roof over her head and money for food and clothing. (Father will take you to court if you give him this option.) In Belgium man do not pay child support as in America. Man will only finically support there children outside the marriage by buying them food and clothing whenever they are with the father. Only American man wills generally voluntary pay child support but there are some man will pay for supplies like married people but not many. The mother only takes the father to family court to prevent him from abusing, kidnapping, or not returning child to the mother. Most women will give 50/50 custody in case of a divorced to the father as required by law. A father can only be made to pay child support if he does not take 50/50 custody in a divorce.

Who the fuck cares! You're not an American and you know nothing of the system here anyways. 50/50 is NOT required by law. Custody is decided by the best interest of the child in the US. Knock it off already!
