A friend of mine bought an Iphone in France but the Wifi on it doesn't work in England on it So if I buy an Ipod touch in belgium, will the wifi not work either in Hungary?

It should work in hungary - just make sure you select the right options when connecting - for example WEP key or WPA. I hope I helped.
