I have a laptop (in USA); I will be goin to Belgium for 15 days for a conference. Do I need a special adapter?
Please tell me whether my American laptop would work in Belgium; i.e are the power units compatible? If not what do I need to buy and where to buy?

you will need an adapter, avalible from radioshack, if i am not mistaken, you will also need a voltage converter, but they can tell you for sure. be certain to take your laptop and power cord with you to radioshack so they can get you exactly what you need.

Just take a voltage convertor (110v - 220) with you, that's what i think you might need.
