Go to the hospital ask a doctor on staff.

this is very difficult because we have the so called Numerus Clausus that means that there is a limited number of jobs as a doctor per year and students are privileged. Even so, many students are sent away by the university because they are too many on very few jobs, so only the best ones can succeed. You'd rather try your luck elsewhere, in Belgium is hell difficult to get a job as a doctor.

It's by the RIZIV. Most of the doctors fear that organisation even when the RIZIV do so many faults.

First thing that came into mind is the Order of Doctors. Every doctor has to be registered with that order. Checked the site: only in French in Dutch. It only has the requirements for doctors inside the EER+Switzerland. but since you aren't from Europe the requirements of documents are different for each country/ It's best to contact the order: http://www.ordomedic.be/nl/contact-formulier/ (First Name/Family Name/email/subject/message Verzenden=Send) If you don't get any reaction, try the Department of Health: info@health.fgov.be
